Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Immunology Regional Marketing Manager to develop and optimize regional marketing initiatives aligned with the Annual Strategic Brand Plans. This field-based role partners with External Experts to drive engagement and insights across assigned geographies in the US.

You will lead strategy, budgeting, and execution for national and regional activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance in Immunology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Immunology sales, sales management, or marketing is preferred.
• Travel up to 75% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects compliantly and effectively through the promotional review process to deliver high-quality work on time and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Manage strategy, execution and budgeting for national and regional conventions, External Expert consulting, advisory boards, and educational programming.
• Continuously assess marketing tactics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership for brand optimization.
• Provide in-depth insights on marketing strategy and resource optimization to drive brand performance.
• Lead partnerships with field leadership to optimize pull-through of marketing strategies.
• Coordinate direction and deliverables of external vendors and internal departments including Agency Partners, Legal, Regulatory, and IT.
