AbbVie is seeking an Immunology Regional Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This field‑based role focuses on optimizing national and regional initiatives and engaging external experts to generate insights within assigned geographies.

Ideal candidates will reside in the western US and support California, Arizona, Nevada, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Mastery of verbal and non‑verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and leading without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate a field and HQ‑based matrix organization to influence decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the promotional review process ensuring regulatory guidelines and AbbVie processes are followed.
• Manage strategy, execution and budgeting for national and regional conventions, external expert consulting, advisory boards, and educational programming.
• Assess marketing tactics and provide strategic recommendations for brand optimization.
• Provide insights to inform marketing strategy, resource allocation, and tactic development across geography.
• Lead partnerships with field leadership to optimize pull‑through of marketing strategies.
• Understand market drivers, competitive landscape, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence in assigned geographies.
• Coordinate external vendors and internal departments including Agency Partners, Marketing, Market Research, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, and IT.
