Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of case management preferred.
• Experience with housing and case management techniques, trauma-informed care, housing first, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, harm reduction, critical time intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based, case management services focused on independent living skills and housing stabilization.
• Guide housing search, applications, lease signing, move-in and stabilization.
• Develop client-driven service plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with housing authorities to provide Section 8 vouchers.
• Maintain HMIS records and submit quarterly reports on vouchers.
