Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years public-facing clerical or community engagement experience.
• Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness or vulnerable populations preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
• Determine shelter, diversion, or housing pathways and coordinate referrals.
• Provide service referrals and review eligibility documentation.
• Enter, verify, and maintain client data in HMIS and related systems.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local service providers to support clients.
• Work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
