Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to market to doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and communities to meet financial and market share goals. You will educate referral sources about our home health care services and establish trusted relationships while spending most time in the field.

The role offers autonomy, flexibility, regular in‑services, and a monthly uncapped commission plan. Gwinnett and Dekalb counties are the target territory within Georgia.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years healthcare/home health/hospice sales experience.
• Licensed clinical experience is preferred.
• Established community relationships/referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Hospice services to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and facilities.
• Develop and maintain referral source relationships.
• Field-based role with flexible schedule and high field presence.
• Coordinate discharge planning and in‑service events.
• Develop and execute sales strategy and marketing activities.
