Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or medical sales preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote home health services in Northglenn and surrounding communities.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other professionals.
• Conduct outreach visits to clinics, SNFs, and assisted living communities.
• Represent Premier Home Health Care Inc at community events and health fairs.
• Track referral data and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
• Educate referral partners and the community on services and eligibility.
