Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote home health services in Northglenn and surrounding communities.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other professionals.
• Conduct outreach visits to clinics, SNFs, and assisted living communities.
• Represent Premier Home Health Care Inc at community events and health fairs.
• Track referral data and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
• Educate referral partners and the community on services and eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote home health care services in the Northglenn and surrounding communities
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources including clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
• Represent Premier Home Health Care Inc at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Track and analyze referral data and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction
• Educate referral partners and the community on available home health care services and eligibility requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or a related medical sales role preferred
• Strong knowledge of the home health care industry, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and referral processes
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic marketing tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
