It's Your Home Care is seeking a Home Care Marketer to actively represent the agency in the community and engage with families, patients, and caregivers about home-based care options. You will build trust across hospitals, clinics, and community venues to generate meaningful referrals and grow your territory.

Qualificações

• MUST HAVE: Proven experience in healthcare marketing / liaison / business development (home care, home health, hospice, SNF, rehab, etc.)
• Ability to build trust and convert conversations into referrals
• Self-motivated, professional communicator with a results-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Be the welcoming face and voice of the agency in the community
• Talk with families, patients, caregivers, and community members about home care options
• Build relationships in hospitals, clinics, senior buildings, parks, churches, community centers, and other venues
• Turn connections into high-quality referrals rooted in honesty and care
• Own your territory: track outreach and contribute to growth
