Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Program Manager to drive customer account strategies in Michigan. You will partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets contract requirements while acting as the customer's advocate to improve safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance.

You will frequently be on site, educate clinical staff, perform KPI audits, and conduct business reviews with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with clients in a field role.
• Strong customer service mindset and issue resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer account strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Advocate for customers to meet safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance metrics.
• Educate clinical staff on products/services related to safety and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits related to contract KPIs.
• Perform consultative business reviews after analyzing metrics and goals.
• Lead ongoing customer meetings to communicate practices and results.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, logistics and finance teams.
