Daniels Health is seeking a field-focused Program Manager to lead account strategies in Michigan and to drive exceptional service at leading healthcare facilities. This role emphasizes client education, KPI-driven audits, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety and compliance.

You will educate clinical staff, conduct KPI reviews, and work with operations, sales, logistics, and finance to achieve safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance goals. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of customer account strategies aligned with metrics.
• Partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Advocate for the customer internally to meet safety, sustainability and compliance goals.
• Educate clinical staff on products and services related to safety and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits related to contract KPIs.
• Perform consultative business reviews after analyzing metrics and goals.
• Hold ongoing customer meetings to communicate results and successes.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, logistics and finance across teams.
• Assist with installations and implementations for new or expanding services.
