Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a Market Development Representative-Care at Home to advance regional market share and identify new business sources. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree, clinical license, or experience as a Care Transition Nurse preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related sales experience preferred, preferably in a health care/medical field.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Compliant with appropriate state certification/registration and organizational requirements as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and qualifies health care relationships within regional territory with focus on facilities, physicians and hospital systems.
• Assists with educating the community about services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up procedures.
• Acts as the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
• Maintains data on customer relationships to provide information for strong ties and satisfaction.
• Communicates to branch(es) daily to share vital client and patient information.
• Meets or exceeds monthly admission targets as provided by supervisor and branch budget.
• Assists with unbilled revenue and Face to Face as requested by branch leadership.
• Follows referral of a patient and coordinates care quality home care services for clients.
