Job summary

Medix is seeking an experienced Healthcare Account Executive (Home Infusion) to drive growth and expand access to specialized home infusion therapies across the assigned region. In this field-based role, you will average 6 to 8 daily in-person visits, building collaborative relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and specialty care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare (home health, infusion, pharma, or related services).
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Ability to manage field routes independently and execute targeted account strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to expand infusion referral networks.
• Conduct 6–8 in-person field visits daily to educate providers on home therapy options and workflows.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth patient onboarding and timely service delivery.
• Track daily activities and log territory metrics in a CRM.
• Stay informed on regional healthcare trends and reimbursement changes.
