Job summary

Medix Infusion is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Tucson, AZ. You will identify growth opportunities within local practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems to facilitate referrals and coordinate patient care.

You will manage accounts, build relationships with internal and external customers, and contribute to a range of infusion therapies. A dynamic, patient-focused team environment awaits, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Infusion medication sales experience.
• Established and transferable book of business.
• Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience making multiple referrals calls to medical professionals daily.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Proficient with company email, MS Teams, MS Office, payroll software.
• Navigate Internet Explorer.
• Cultural and language sensitivity for patient care.
• Basic mathematical computation.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and increase penetration across divisions within existing clients.
• Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment that is both competitive and rewarding.
• Travel to and develop all markets within the assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary liaison between accounts and the front-end team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategic growth plans to cultivate the territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas set forth by the sales manager.
• Initiate and maintain routine contacts with existing clients to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to assist in patient referrals and capture any additional documentation needed.
