Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and referral partnerships in the Bridgewater area. You will engage families, school and healthcare partners, and events to expand access to ABA services.

This role requires strong relationship-building, field outreach, and CRM discipline to grow a high-impact referral network and support timely access to autism diagnosis and therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Experience generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting targets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Salesforce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with referral sources and families.
• Manage territory through outreach events, visits, and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records, track outreach and outcomes, and report on progress.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops to remove barriers to conversion.
