VitalCaring Group seeks an Account Manager to drive referral growth and admissions within an assigned territory, building relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and other healthcare partners.

This field-based, high-activity sales role focuses on developing new business and expanding referral networks while meeting performance targets through proactive outreach and in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Direct healthcare-related sales experience with referrals/admissions
• Proven track record of meeting sales or growth targets
• Field-based territory management experience
• Ability to build and sustain referral relationships
• Self-motivated with accountability in a goal-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills for field activity, follow-up, and reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow defined territory through in-person relationships
• Establish referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs
• Generate new business via outreach, cold calling, networking
• Drive admissions by meeting referral targets
• Serve as primary contact for referral partners; ensure follow-through
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams for patient transitions
• Maintain daily activity and pipeline in CRM
• Represent the organization at community events and engagements
