• 3+ years experience in fire sprinkler or mechanical/PVF industries.
• Results oriented and self-motivated.
• Based in Albuquerque, Las Cruces, or El Paso area.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building and task management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
• Work with branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services from order through delivery and beyond
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Work with management to develop sales strategies and target new accounts
• Perform product quotation and problem resolution duties
• Analyze competition in the territory and devise sales strategies
• Communicate sales strategy to management
• Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce for pipeline evaluation and measurement of sales closure results
• Support customers in the Albuquerque, Las Cruces, or El Paso area as a field-based sales representative
