Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in employment related services for a vulnerable population is required.
• Must have employment eligibility verification.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based and onsite employment-related case management services.
• Conduct employability assessments of participants.
• Develop and update Individualized Employment Plans for enrolled participants.
