Council-On-Rural-Service-Programs in Ohio seeks an Education Coach to provide intensive coaching to educational staff across nine counties. You will apply developmentally appropriate teaching practices and partner with program coordinators to ensure alignment with curricula and program goals.

The role requires five+ years of teaching and experience mentoring adults, plus a bachelor’s in ECE or related field with additional ECE coursework. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Competenze

Five or more years of related experience including successful teaching experience with young children.
Experience mentoring and training adults.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
Experience using assessment data to drive coaching strategies aligned with program goals.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively across nine-county area.
Proficient computer and technology skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
