Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center seeks an Education Coach to empower teachers across centers by observing practice, modeling effective strategies, and guiding reflection. This field-based role requires building strong partnerships with teachers, center leaders, and the Education Team to elevate developmentally appropriate practice and curriculum implementation.

The coach supports adult learning through active listening, modeling, and collaborative goal setting while managing multiple centers

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice for infants to pre-K.
• Ability to recognize effective interactions, routines, and engaged learning environments.
• Ability to observe objectively, identify priorities, and translate feedback into classroom strategies.
• Able to support adult learning through active listening, modeling, and reflection.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders to support growth.
• Observe classroom practice and curriculum implementation using approved tools.
• Identify focused coaching goals and practical next steps with teacher input.
• Provide job-embedded coaching through modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Help teachers use company curriculum, planning tools, and family resources with confidence.
• Coordinate with center leadership to align coaching priorities and progress.
