Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN, DNP, or NP certification required.
• Active, unrestricted NP license per state(s).
• DEA license required.
• US work authorization.
• 2+ years geriatric or family practice NP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Identify educational needs and develop training.
• Develop operational strategies for the clinical team.
• Maintain compliant documentation in EMR systems.
• Support value-based care initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead field-based NP coverage across facilities (60% field).
• Deliver weekly performance reviews on productivity and notes.
