CommuniCare Family of Companies seeks a Director of Clinical Operations (NP, DNP, or MSN) in Ohio to lead high-quality geriatric care across SNFs, assisted living, and telehealth services. This is a field-based role with about 60% travel to facilities and 40% administrative oversight, overseeing NP teams and EMR documentation.
The ideal candidate will have NP certification, state licenses, DEA license, and 2+ years of geriatric clinical management experience, with strong leadership and policy
Formación
- Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP certificate program.
- National certification with AANP or ANCC.
- Active, unrestricted state license(s).
- DEA license required. US work authorization.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching; manage disciplinary actions.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop operational strategies for clinical teams and optimize care delivery.
- Maintain compliant EMR documentation and build stakeholder relationships.
- Support value-based care initiatives and strive for high patient satisfaction.
