Qualifications

• MSN/NP advanced degree required.
• National certification (AANP/ANCC) required or eligible.
• Nurse Practitioner licensure in service areas.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience in geriatrics/adult/family practice.
• Flexible work environment and schedule.
• Passionate about senior and low-income populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Develop training programs and educational initiatives.
• Lead operational strategies for clinical teams and resource planning.
• Review opportunities and propose strategic improvements.
• Maintain compliant documentation in EMR system.
