Westlake Financial is a leading auto-finance company in the United States that seeks a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, acquire new contacts, and manage sales activities within a local market. You will travel locally to current and potential dealers, manage program knowledge, and help finance more customers by promoting Westlake’s products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required).
• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).
• Presentation skills and ability to engage audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
• Ability to communicate and work with diverse teams.
• Knowledge/experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (beneficial).
• Significant local travel with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products and services to dealership management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow current and potential dealer partnerships.
• Maintain clear communication with dealer partners about programs and funding needs.
• Assist with sales contracts and verification processes for Westlake Financial.
• Stay updated on current financial products and sales materials.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
