Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant – Construction in Los Angeles to lead sales and technical project development for residential design-build assignments. You will conduct site evaluations, scope projects, and build strong client relationships with homeowners, architects, and engineers.

The role blends fieldwork with consultative sales, requiring expertise in masonry, concrete, hillside, and hardscape construction, plus the ability to produce accurate proposals and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years hands-on experience in masonry, concrete, hillside, or hardscape.
• Proven track record in sales, estimating, and project management for high-value projects.
• Ability to read civil plans and interpret engineering reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite consultations to assess requirements and objectives.
• Evaluate site conditions, hillside stability, drainage, and access.
• Develop detailed estimates, bids, and proposals defining scope and materials.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineers for data and pricing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM documentation.
• Handover sold projects to production teams, with contracts and invoicing prep.
