You will develop proposals, manage CRM workflow, and travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in sales are required, with a strong emphasis on communication and professional presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and secure Lerch Bates projects with existing and new clients.
• Market and sell Lerch Bates services for new construction and existing buildings.
• Create professionally developed proposals and qualification packages.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, proposals and client communications; ensure smooth handoff to operations.
• Travel up to 50% across Southern California as needed.
