• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote the agency’s homemaker and companion care services through in-person outreach.
• Visit healthcare facilities, senior communities, and community organizations.
• Meet in person with prospective clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct intake meetings and gather required information.
• Maintain records of field visits and referrals.
