You will build community relationships and drive enrollment through proactive outreach. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, 2+ years in sales or marketing with public engagement, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for outreach and education.
• Experience in planning and implementing community education programs.
• Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing with public interaction in diverse communities.
• Excellent customer service, reading and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Promotes services and medical doctors at senior centers, retail and community locations.
• Provides information and education to seniors and families.
• Manages relationships to identify potential patients and generate referrals.
• Develops plans for assigned areas with the Engagement and Retention department.
• Completes enrollment packets and coordinates clinic tours for participants.
• Enters sales information into MDVITA accurately and timely.
• Delivers presentations to small or large groups.
• Works independently and manages time effectively.
