Humanitary Medical Center Inc. is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to promote services and engage communities in Orlando, Florida. The role involves planning and presenting at senior centers and other locations, building referrals, and enrolling participants into the clinic's programs.

You will work with the Engagement and Retention department to achieve growth goals and manage time independently. Requirements include bilingual Spanish/English, 2+ years in sales/marketing with public outreach,

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience planning and implementing community education programs.
• Minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience including working with the public in diverse communities.
• Excellent customer service, reading and writing skills.
• Microsoft Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Valid Florida license and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must exhibit good active listening and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes our services and medical doctors by doing presentations at senior centers, retail locations, and community locations.
• Provides information and education to seniors and their families regarding the services that Humanitary Medical Center has available.
• Proactively builds relationships with community members, identifies potential patients, makes initial contact, and builds referrals.
• Works with the Engagement and Retention department to achieve growth goals by developing and implementing plans for an assigned area.
• Completes enrollment packets for participants and provides them a tour of our clinic.
• Enters sales information and data into MDVITA timely and accurately.
• Conducts presentations for small and large groups.
• Works independently and manages time effectively.
