Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Associate (Field-based) to deliver high-quality education and go-live support for communication solutions in acute care and other clinical environments. You will conduct end-user training, work with cross-functional teams on product rollouts, and identify training opportunities to drive adoption.

Required is a health care bachelor’s degree and current licensure or certification, with up to 90% travel including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in health care discipline required.
• Current licensure or certification in healthcare discipline required.
• Travel up to 90% for onsite training, go-live support, and customer engagements.
• Preferred: minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Clinical consultative experience in traveling role preferred.
• Hands-on experience training in a clinical environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training and education programs for communication solutions in clinical settings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for product rollouts, adoption, and go-live activities.
