Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a health care discipline is required.
• Current licensure or certification in healthcare is required.
• Travel up to 90% for onsite training, go-live support, and customer engagements, which may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training and instructor-led sessions on communication products and workflows in clinical environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product rollouts, adoption strategies, and go-live activities.
• Identify user trends, workflow gaps, and training opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Apply a consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication trends to guide training strategies.
