Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Education role that delivers high-quality education, training, and go-live support for communication solutions within clinical environments. Responsibilities

• Apply a consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication trends to guide training strategies.

• Conduct end‑user training, instructor‑led sessions, and customer‑specific education programs focused on communication products and workflows within acute care and other clinical environments
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support product rollouts, adoption strategies, and go‑live activities, ensuring smooth onboarding andoptimaluse of communication solutions
• Identifyuser trends, workflow gaps, and training opportunities
• Promote best practicesby applying a consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive successful outcomes
• Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication and education trends to support effective training strategies and customer guidance

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelors in a health care discipline required
• Current licensure or certificationrequiredin healthcare discipline
• Travelup to90% for onsite training, go‑live support, and customer engagements which may include nights and weekends

Preferred

• Minimum 2 yearsof clinical experience
• Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role
• Hands on experience training in a clinical environment
• Proficiencywith MS Office: Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook

• USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
• US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
• US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
• US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
• US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
• US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
