Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the United States with a clinical background in cardiovascular care and device experience. The role involves educating physicians, leading training sessions, and collaborating with Account Managers to drive adoption in local geographies.

The position requires up to 80% travel, including nights/weekends, and offers base salary with commission/bonuses plus benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
Travel up to 80% of the time locally and regionally, with possible overnight.
Night/weekend on call per preplanned schedule.
Experience with MS Office and ability to prepare presentations.

Responsibilities

Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in the hospital environment.
Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company.
Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers.
