Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based clinical education specialist to educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting across hospital environments.

You will develop, lead, and facilitate in-service education programs, identify therapy adoption opportunities with regional managers, and serve as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company. Expect extensive travel and dynamic collaboration with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years in cath lab, nursing or comparable clinical environment.
• Strong clinical acumen and cardiovascular knowledge.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally; night/weekend on-call.
• May be required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly during procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on device features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
