Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to drive the company’s Next-Generation Sequencing infectious disease test in the New York City and Long Island region. You will build and own relationships with infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and hospital executives to expand adoption and revenue.

You will collaborate across Inside Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Product to deliver value, manage renewals, and guide customers through multi-stakeholder evaluations and ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA a plus.
• Experience in Life Sciences/Biotech or diagnostics sales preferred.
• Proven track record of selling to physicians, lab directors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in NY territory by acquiring new hospital accounts.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to hit territory goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for this diagnostic approach in hospitals.
• Secure contracts and renewals to sustain long-term partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders for market feedback and strategy.
• Onboard new accounts with Customer Success and manage post-sale expectations.
