Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in behavioral health or related fields, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant area, and strong proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, or human services.
• 2+ years using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• 2+ years in children's mental health, child welfare, or related public sector field.
• 2+ years in family systems, case management, or related areas.
• 2+ years with Ohio delivery systems and West Region Ohio knowledge.
• Must reside in the West Region of Ohio (Butler, Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, Montgomery, Allen, Hardin, Defiance, Lucas).
• Willing to travel up to 50% and possibly to the New Albany office for trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement care plan activities for members.
• Evaluate member needs/eligibility and coordinate appropriate services.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality care and successful outcomes.
• Provide coaching and support to empower members in decision-making.
