Job summary

Abbott in Detroit, MI seeks a CRM Product Support Specialist to deliver engineering, clinical and sales support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals and lead training sessions to enhance product understanding.

The role requires biology/engineering background, cardiology knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio‑Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals and staff.
• Develop and lead CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back‑up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
