Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in capital equipment/medical device or business-to-business sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell to hospitals, surgery centers and private clinics focusing on interventional pain management and neurosurgery.
• Drive sales revenue to achieve territory priorities; develop and execute sales strategy with collaboration from Regional Business Directors and Clinical Specialists.
• Maintain and communicate knowledge of competitor strengths, weaknesses and strategies to position Boston Scientific products effectively.
• Translate business strategy into clear objectives; manage pricing strategy discipline and anticipate problems to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Area VP, Regional Business Director and National Accounts teams to increase sales team success.
• Build rapport with clinicians, nurses and patients, and provide technical feedback to cross-functional teams.
