Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business plus 3+ years’ experience in sales or inside sales.
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
• Strong objection handling skills.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
• Adaptability to learn new products, programs, and processes quickly.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process.
• Uncover opportunities to increase the capture rate of the capital equipment portfolio.
• Generate and create quotes for service contract renewals.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and National Accounts Managers to identify decision makers.
• Ensure executed agreements are received, processed, and documented per policy.
• Provide weekly updates on sales progress and forecasts.
• Record interactions and maintain records in Salesforce.
