• Minimum four-year business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in business banking or relationship-based sales.
• Proven success in field-based business development and outbound prospecting.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of business deposit products and financial services.
• Demonstrates discretion, tact, and diplomacy in sensitive situations.
