Qualifications

• Minimum four‑year business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum three to five years of experience in business banking, business development, or relationship‑based sales.
• Demonstrated success in field‑based business development and outbound prospecting.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of business deposit products and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth through proactive, field-based business development.
• Acquire new business relationships, generate accounts, and expand core deposits.
• Network outside the branch, cold call, attend community events, and deliver on-site presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for business members.
