Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Sarasota is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our referral network across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. You will network, visit partners, attend events, and work with our operations team to nurture relationships into restoration opportunities.

The role emphasizes active community presence, not desk-only sales, with base salary plus uncapped commissions and a strong year-one earnings potential. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Naturally comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to manage their own sales activity and follow-up.
• Experienced in B2B, outside, field, or relationship-based sales.
• Comfortable walking into businesses, making introductions, and creating opportunities.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up and account management.
• A strong communicator who can represent Voda professionally in the community.
• Comfortable visiting active restoration projects and communicating with homeowners and business partners.
• Willing to jump in and help the team when circumstances require it.
• Motivated by both individual earning potential and helping grow a local business.
• Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, plumbing, real estate, or other home-service industries is a strong plus.
