Job summary

Envision Unlimited is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers and community organizations across priority markets. The role focuses on expanding awareness of programs, generating qualified referrals, and advancing partnerships that support our mission.

The position is field-based with significant time in communities served, requiring strong networking, strategic outreach, and collaboration with external affairs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, community relations, healthcare outreach, or nonprofit development.
• Proven ability to develop external relationships and referral networks.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to travel and work in field-based settings across communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific business development plans to increase referrals.
• Cultivate relationships with hospitals, schools, healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Represent Envision Unlimited at community events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align services with growth priorities.
• Track referrals and provide market intelligence to leadership.
