Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Professional to coordinate behavioral health services for adult and child members enrolled with public behavioral health programs across Arizona. The role involves intake, assessments, service planning, and coordination with providers to ensure continuity of care.

The position requires strong clinical knowledge, sensitivity to diverse populations, and the ability to work in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong clinical knowledge across the lifespan.
• Experience with managed care systems and AHCCCS/Title XIX policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the member’s behavioral health needs and eligibility for services.
• Provides comprehensive intakes, assessments, annual assessments, and offers therapeutic and support services.
• Coordinates communication between the member and other providers or community agencies to ensure coordination of care.
• Provides rehabilitation services that include living skills training, counseling, and supported employment services to enrolled members.
• Maintains complete documentation and reporting of member behavioral health services.
