Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Professional to coordinate behavioral health services for adults and children enrolled in public programs. You will assess needs, support planning, and connect members with care across providers.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, trauma-informed practice, and the ability to manage high caseloads in a fast-paced environment; bilingual Spanish helpful. Travel to member homes and community sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a behavioral health background with commitment to whole-person care.
• Education level determines BHT or BHP classification.
• Spanish language skills preferred to support diverse members.

Responsabilités

• Assess behavioral health needs and eligibility for services.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and coordinate care plans.
• Coordinate between members and providers to ensure care.
• Provide living skills training, counseling, and supported employment.
• Document and report services per requirements.
• Engage in crisis intervention and professional development.
