Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs to develop therapy goals at minimum every 180 days.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents.
• Maintains clinical records per standards and writes progress notes.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Assists with treatment planning and referrals.
• Mentors/train shadowing for newer therapists.
