Easterseals Blake Foundation is a leading provider of behavioral health services in Arizona, seeking qualified therapists to conduct sessions with children and adults. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention within a supportive team environment.

Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree and licensure eligibility, with two years of related experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure.
• Two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license recognized by AZBBHE.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Therapist II/III licensure status described in description.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs and develops treatment goals every 180 days at minimum.
• Administers screener and standardized testing as needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents for treatment and licensure.
• Maintains clinical records and completes progress notes.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention and arranges emergency evaluation when indicated.
