Venture BHM in Evesham, NJ is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referral relationships for a PHP & IOP behavioral health program. You will be the face of the program in the community, driving in-person outreach and partnerships with hospitals, therapists, and PCPs across South Jersey.

Base salary plus commission or bonus based on performance, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be skilled at building relationships with referral sources.
• Experience in field-based outreach in behavioral health or related areas is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, inpatient and residential programs, detox centers, therapists, psychiatrists, EAPs, and primary care offices
• Identify step-down opportunities from higher levels of care and create smooth referral pathways into PHP and IOP
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and presentations to referral partners
• Represent the program at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences
• Track all outreach, referrals, and conversions in the CRM
• Partner with admissions and clinical teams to ensure referrals move quickly and referral sources stay informed
• Gather market feedback and share insights on competitors and referral trends
• Hit monthly referral and admissions goals
