BriteLife Recovery in Mercer, NJ is seeking a strategic Business Development Director to expand access to behavioral health care. You will build and optimize referral relationships for the Princeton outpatient program and educate partners about BriteLife's care pathways into outpatient and residential services.

You will travel locally, engage hospitals, physicians, and community groups, and partner with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions and continuum of care.

Qualificações

• Experience driving sustainable growth through strategic referral partnerships.
• Knowledge of behavioral health care systems and care continuum.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a CRM and pipeline with discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly production and census goals for the Princeton outpatient program.
• Develop and execute quarterly business development strategies to grow referral volume.
• Identify, prioritize, and expand relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
• Present to hospitals, discharge planners, clinicians, and community stakeholders.
