Job summary

Interactive Kids in Marlton, NJ seeks a hands-on Behavior Consultant for its Behavior Stabilization Services team. You’ll assess, program, coach staff, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver intensive intervention.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you’ll guide treatment decisions, supervise RBTs, and maintain clinical oversight on the floor, staying engaged with clients and the team every day.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Experience with functional assessment and behavior reduction.
• Comfort working with high-intensity behaviors and hands-on supervision.
• Strong communication with families, districts, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and review pre-admission information.
• Perform function-based assessments and analyses (FAs).
• Develop, write, monitor function-based behavior plans.
• Coach staff and supervise RBTs/BCBAs on treatment delivery.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with families and schools.
• Act as site supervisor and liaison to program leadership.
