Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales, outside sales or business development experience.
• Ability to prospect, cold call and develop new client relationships.
• Comfort with face-to-face sales conversations with decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships with business owners, hiring leaders, and other decision-makers.
